30 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
With over 30 years of working in the catering and hospitality industry, we provide consultancy services to a wide range of hospitality and catering operations including the retail, education and healthcare sectors.
Jennifer North is Managing Director and owner of Cibus Training and Consultancy Ltd. Jennifer has over 30 years of experience within the catering industry including running her own pub, restaurant and hospitality business for 20 years. More recently, she has worked for Hampshire-based colleges assessing NVQ students in workplaces throughout Hampshire and the south, in addition to acting as a consultant to the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) and continues to run contract catering for a local food processing plant.

Jennifer is qualified by Qualsafe Awards and CIEH awarding bodies to deliver Food Hygiene and Health and Safety training to Level 4. She also has a NEBOSH
National General Certificate.
