"Jennifer delivered a 13 week in-house course for the Highfield Level 2 Certificate in Lean Organisation Management Techniques (RQF) in my workplace. Our department was definitely in need of some solid, groundwork knowledge of Lean, Kaizen and the 5S Principles, and Jennifer provided this with excellent tutorials, group and independent tasks and clear, concise slide presentations. At all times she offered friendly, knowledgeable and patient support, and ensured each member of the class - regardless of ability - received the best out of the course. It was certainly beneficial to me to have the Certificate when applying for a promotion to Process Co-Ordinator, in which I was successful.
